PBL at Bass High School is a team driven process. The PBL team represents the voices of students, staff and the community. There were ten staff members across different faculties who joined in 2016, since then the PBL team has increased its numbers to nineteen. This team works to construct and establish strong school wide universal systems. These systems are broken up into three tiers:
- Tier 1: That promotes early intervention and the teaching and acknowledging of social-emotional skills.
- Tier 2: Targeted group interventions
- Tier 3: Intensive individualised interventions
