Bass High School’s Year 7 student, Chris has achieved excellence in the 100m and 200m winning gold medals at the NSW CHS Athletics Championships early in September at Sydney Olympic Park Athletic Centre. Later in September he competed at the NSW All Schools Championships at Homebush securing silver medals in the 100m and 200m.
"I would like to congratulate Chris on his wonderful achievement, the competition is open to all secondary school students in NSW. As the Sydney South West Athletics Convenor and as a PDHPE teacher at Bass High School I would like to congratulate him on behalf of the Bass High School community, well done Chris.”
