2018
Year 11 Ancient History students are currently studying "Investigating Ancient History" as their first topic for the course. As part of this topic, they research how archaeologists excavate ancient sites to find hidden artefacts. As a way to test archaeological methods in class, students ‘excavated' chocolate chip cookies to gain a deeper understanding of how archaeologists catalogue their finds and use a range of tools to do so. These students have had a fantastic start to their Preliminary year and have shown enthusiasm for the course. We look forward to seeing what they can achieve next!
